Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Siftly app. By using Siftly, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the app

You are responsible for how you use Siftly and for complying with applicable laws.
You must not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, or reverse-engineer it where prohibited.

2. Photos and device access

Siftly may request access to your Photos library to provide core functionality. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a subscription or a one-time purchase.
Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple via the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms.

4. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
