To resolve your issue faster, please include:

  • your iPhone model and iOS version
  • what exactly isn’t working (steps to reproduce)
  • screenshots/screen recording (if possible)

Quick help

  • Deleting photos: on iOS, deleted photos usually go to “Recently Deleted” first.
  • Photos access: check Settings → Privacy → Photos.
  • Subscription: purchase restore is done via the App Store (sometimes it takes a couple of minutes).
